Fourth of July (Part 2)

At the end of our Fourth of July vacation, we got to visit the Indianapolis Children's Museum. Colton had an awesome time! The museum had a lot of great activities for babies his age. I wish we had this museum in Des Moines!

There was an awesome baby area for Colton and Baby Landon to enjoy.
Landon posing for the camera.
Playing together! (....Kinda)
There was an area for the kids to play in with chutes and balls for the kids to play with. They had so much fun, especially with the plastic balls.
There was also an area for them to play in the water. Colton loved to splash and play!
The music room was also a big hit. Colton loves anything that shakes- egg shakers are one of his favorite toys.
There was a wind tunnel for kids (and dads!) to crawl in.
Colton thought it was pretty cool. :)
We took a ride on the carousel.
Carouselfie!
I don't know what this is, but we certainly had to take a picture with it.
Hanging out with dad before watching the Transformers show.
Brian had to get a picture taken with the Transformers poster.
And a giant Transformer.
Colton and some giant legos!
Playing with dinosaurs

Did you know that Colton is actually a Ninja Turtle?!
...And so is Brian!

Fourth of July

For Fourth of July, we traveled to Indiana to visit the Wake and Dunkel sides of the family. We had a wonderful time seeing family, going to the local county fair, enjoying a pool party, and visiting the Indianapolis Children's Museum! Naturally, we took hundreds of pictures.

Here is part 1 of our trip.

Enjoying Family Time

Happy Fourth of July from our little family!

Colton and Great Great Grandma Margaret
He loved Sofia's balloon. It motivated him to stand up for a few seconds- at the time, this was a big milestone for him! (Now he is walking!)
A laundry basket of shoes? Hmm, I should probably pull out each shoe and throw them around the room.
Grandpa Brian and Baby Colton
Look how patriotic we are! (Brian is rocking his mustache for Mustaches that Matter, a fundraising campaign to raise money for families who are adopting.)

Pool Party
